High Voltage heeft op een vraag van HDWarriors over de online multiplayer in Conduit 2 geantwoord. Het is een antwoord dat een tikkeltje om de hete brij heen draait.

Uit het antwoord van Senior Producer Josh Olson blijkt dat de multiplayer eigenlijk alleen maar offline zal plaats vinden. Geheel in lijn met de filosofie van Nintendo wordt hierbij uitgegaan van de fun die spelers hebben als ze lekker met elkaar op de bank zitten. Daarnaast gaat er volgens Olson niets boven een armstomp als een van je vrienden stiekem op jou scherm kijkt.

The Conduit kwam vorig jaar met veel bombarie uit op de witte console van Nintendo. Het grootste propaganda element dat de game kende was dat het er net zo goed uit zou zien als een HD-game. Een dappere claim, die helaas niet helemaal goed uit de verf is gekomen.
